This case was stricken from the Court's February 15, 2024, Spokane, Washington trial session and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.
On April 15, 2024, the Commissioner filed a status report indicating that he has not yet received a signed stipulated decision from petitioner Lorin Combs, Jr., but does have a signed copy from petitioner Cassie Marie Combs. We will allow the parties additional time to file a fully executed stipulated decision. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that, on or before May 17, 2024, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision document, or in lieu of a proposed stipulated decision, the Commissioner may file a motion for entry of decision.
