Combs v. Combs

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Aug 19, 1980
386 So. 2d 892 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1980)

Opinion

No. PP-14.

August 19, 1980.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Duval County; Clifford B. Shepard, Judge.

Stephen R. Heller, Jacksonville, for appellant.

Brent D. Shore, Jacksonville, for appellee.

This is the appeal of an order denying modification of the appellant's right to visitation and awarding the appellee $35.00 in attorney's fees. The denial of the modification is affirmed. The award of the attorney's fees, however, is not supported by the record. Accordingly, the award of attorney's fees is reversed.

LARRY G. SMITH and SHIVERS, JJ., and WOODIE A. LILES (Ret.), Associate Judge, concur.
