Indictments charging defendant with robbery, conspiracy, unlawful possession of instruments of crime, prohibited offensive weapons, carrying firearms on public streets or public property and unlawfully carrying a firearm without a license. Before HALBERT, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 551, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Nov. T., 1974, Nos. 1107, 1108, and 1116 to 1119, inclusive.
