Indictment charging defendant with burglary, larceny, receiving stolen goods, robbery, robbery by assault and force and robbery with accomplice or while armed or by violence, violation of the Uniform Firearms Act and conspiracy. Before BLOOM, J. Appeal, No. 659, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, March T., 1972, Nos. 836, 837, and 840.
