Appeals, Nos. 390 and 391, Oct. T., 1965, from judgment of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, Dec. T., 1964, Nos. 638 and 639. Indictments charging larceny, receiving stolen goods, pandering, accepting bawd money, prostitution and assignation, fornication and adultery. Argued June 17, 1965.
