Indictments charging defendant with robbery, theft by unlawful taking, burglary, possession of instruments of crime and conspiracy. Before LOWE, J., without a jury. Defendant found guilty of robbery and not guilty of remaining charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1788, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, April T., 1975, No. 1531, and No. 1531 of 1975. Submitted December 9, 1976.
