Indictments charging defendant with rape, indecent assault, aggravated assault and battery, sodomy, and assault and battery. Before STRAUSS, J. Appeal, No. 16, April T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, Feb. T., 1972, No. 1216. Argued April 10, 1974.
