Indictment charging defendant with burglary and theft. Before HOURIGAN, J. Plea of guilty entered to charge of burglary and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 181, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County, No. 323 of 1975.
