Indictments charging defendant with burglary, unlawful possession of instruments of crime and unlawful possession of a prohibited offensive weapon. Before GUARINO, J. Appeal, No. 823, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, March T., 1974, Nos. 827 and 828. Argued June 16, 1975.
