Indictment charging defendant with burglary, larceny, receiving stolen goods and conspiracy. Before BUCHER, J. Appeal, No. 942, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, Nos. 1169, 1171, 1172, 1174, 1175, 1177, 1178, and 1180 of 1973.
