Indictments charging defendant with unlawful delivery of a dangerous drug. Before SALUS, JR., J., without out a jury. Appeal, No. 1747, Oct. T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Jan. T., 1973, Nos. 1570 and 1571. Argued December 3, 1973.
