Indictment charging defendant with possession of a firearm after conviction of a crime of violence, unlawfully resisting arrest, assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery with intent to murder, and illegal lottery. Before CHUDOFF, J. Appeal, No. 345, Oct. T., 1967, from judgment of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, Sept. T., 1966, No. 1421. Argued June 14, 1967.
