Indictments charging defendant with robbery, carrying firearms on a public street, carrying firearms without a license and conspiracy. Before CANUSO, J. Verdict of guilty of robbery, carrying firearms without a license and conspiracy and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1477, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Sept. T., 1974, Nos. 719, 720, and 721.
