March 3, 1977.

Indictment charging defendant with aggravated assault, robbery, criminal conspiracy, unlawful possession of an instrument of crime and carrying a firearm without a license. Before CARSON, Jr., J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of carrying a firearm without a license, criminal conspiracy, robbery and aggravated assault and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 356, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Nov. T., 1973, Nos. 1051, 1052, 1053, 1054, and 1056. Submitted June 9, 1975.
