Indictments charging defendant with unlawfully setting up or maintaining a numbers game and unlawfully printing or selling an unlawful numbers ticket. Before ROWLEY, J. Verdict of guilty of unlawfully maintaining a numbers game and not guilty of second charge and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 773, April T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas of Beaver County, No. 135 of 1975. Submitted November 8, 1976.
