Indictments charging defendant with unlawfully setting up or maintaining a numbers game and unlawfully printing or selling an unlawful numbers ticket. Before ROWLEY, J. Verdict of guilty of unlawfully maintaining a numbers game and not guilty of second charge and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed.
