Indictments charging defendant with assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery and mayhem. Before ATKINS, P.J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 136, March T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of York County, Jan. T., 1973, No. 462.
