Indictment charging defendant with violation of The Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act. Before TREDINNICK, J. Plea of guilty entered and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 94, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Oct. T., 1974, Nos. 4583.1 to 4583.8 inclusive. Argued June 21, 1976.
