Indictment charging defendant with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. Before SUGERMAN, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 24, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Chester County, Nov. T., 1972, No. 120. Submitted February 9, 1976.
