Indictment charging defendant with robbery, burglary, robbery being armed with an offensive weapon, robbery together with other persons, conspiracy, violation of the Uniform Firearms Act and carrying a concealed deadly weapon. Before TREDINNICK, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 7, Oct.
