Indictment charging defendant with robbery, burglary, robbery being armed with an offensive weapon, robbery together with other persons, conspiracy, violation of the Uniform Firearms Act and carrying a concealed deadly weapon. Before TREDINNICK, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 7, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, April T., 1973, No. 818, and No. 1884 of 1973. Submitted March 24, 1975.
