Indictment charging defendant with attempting to evade personal income taxes and failing to file a Pennsylvania corporate tax return. Order entered granting defendant's motion to suppress evidence of statements made by defendant, order by MORGAN, J. Commonwealth appealed. Appeal, No. 118, March T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, Nos. 2758, 2759, and 2760 of 1975. Argued March 15, 1977.

Order affirmed.

PRICE, J., joins in affirming the lower court's order because the appellant waived the argument that Miranda warnings were necessary.
