Indictments charging defendant with robbery, extortion, theft by extortion and criminal conspiracy. Before WILLIAMS, Jr., J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1030, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Aug. T., 1973, Nos. 1379 to 1382, inclusive. Submitted September 8, 1975.
