Indictment charging defendant with burglary, theft and receiving stolen property. Before FIOK, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of receiving stolen property and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 807, April T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, No. CC 7501358A. Submitted April 12, 1976.
