Indictments charging defendant with being an accessory before and after the fact and corrupting the morals of a minor. Before McCARTHY, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 414, April T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, Oct. T., 1972, Nos. 8469A, 8470A, and 8472A.
