Indictments charging defendant with armed robbery, recklessly endangering another person, crimes committed with a firearm and criminal conspiracy. Before POPOVICH, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty on all charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 819, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, No. CC7507910. Submitted November 12, 1976.
