Indictments charging defendant with aggravated assault, criminal conspiracy and robbery. Before JAMISON, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of robbery and aggravated assault and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1069, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Aug. T., 1974, Nos. 1369 and 1370, and Sept. T., 1974, Nos. 490 and 491.

The judgments of sentence in Nos. 490 and 491, Sept. T., 1974, are affirmed. Nos. 1369 and 1370, Aug. T., 1974, are remanded to the trial court to allow appellant to file motions to withdraw his guilty pleas nunc pro tunc. See Commonwealth v. Roberts, 237 Pa. Super. 336, 352 A.2d 140 (1975).
