Indictment charging defendant with aggravated robbery, attempt with intent to kill, assault and battery, resisting arrest, burglary, larceny and receiving stolen goods. Before BRUNO, J. Appeals, Nos. 654 to 657, inclusive, Oct. T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Oct. T., 1971, Nos. 381 to 384, inclusive. Argued June 14, 1973.
