Indictments charging defendant with violation of The Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act, theft by receiving, and unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Before STEFAN, J. Appeal, No. 682, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Jan. T., 1973, No. 683, C.A. Nos. 1034, 2769, 2770, 3827, 3828 and 3829 of 1973, July T., 1973, No. 463, and Oct. T., 1973, No. 343.
