Indictment charging defendant with corrupting the morals of a minor, solicitation to commit sodomy, assault and battery, assault and battery on an officer, and unlawfully resisting arrest. Before GUTOWICZ, J. Appeals, Nos. 367 and 368, Oct. T., 1967, from judgment of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, Jan. T., 1966, Nos. 409 and 410. Argued June 14, 1967.
