Indictments charging defendant with theft by unlawful taking or disposition, theft by receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of automobiles or other vehicles. Before CARSON, Jr., J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of unauthorized use of automobiles or other vehicles and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 544, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, July T., 1975, No. 524. Submitted February 23, 1976.
