Indictments charging defendant with theft by unlawful taking or disposition, theft by receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of automobiles or other vehicles. Before CARSON, Jr., J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of unauthorized use of automobiles or other vehicles and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 544, Oct.
