ORDER


AND NOW, this 8th day of July, 2008, the Application for Leave to File Original Process is granted. The Petition for Writ of Mandamus and/or Extraordinary Relief and/or Kings Bench Relief, the Petition for Leave to Seek Supreme Court to Exercise its Extraordinary Jurisdiction to Address Instant Fraud, and the Application for Appointment of Counsel are denied. The Motion for Leave to File a Rebuttal to the Answer to Petition for Leave to Seek the Supreme Court to Exercise Jurisdiction to Instant Fraud is dismissed as moot.
