Indictments charging defendant with conspiracy, possession of an instrument of crime and robbery. Before DiBONA, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of all charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeals, Nos. 709 and 996, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Nov. T., 1976, Nos. 168 and 169, Aug. T., 1976, Nos. 11 and 12, and Sept. T., 1976, No. 301. Argued December 12, 1977.
