Indictment charging defendant with unlawfully carrying on and maintaining a lottery and selling lottery tickets. Before SAWYER, P.J. Appeal, No. 349, April T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Beaver County, No 417 of 1971. Argued April 10, 1974.
