Indictment charging defendant with wantonly pointing a firearm, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, and unlawfully carrying a firearm without a license. Before SPORKIN, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 1262, Oct. T., 1968, from judgment of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, July T., 1968, No. 625. Submitted December 9, 1968.

Judgment of sentence vacated and the case is remanded to the court below to allow defendant to file post-trial motions nunc pro tunc, in accordance with Commonwealth v. Grillo, 208 Pa. Super. 444, 222 A.2d 427 (1966).
