Indictments charging defendant with conspiracy, kidnapping, attempted rape and assault. Before THOMAS, J. Verdict of guilty and judgments of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeals, Nos. 448 and 456, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Crawford County, Nos. 223-B and 121(B) of 1975. Submitted November 16, 1976.
