Indictments charging defendant with burglary, theft and receiving stolen property. Before JOHNSTONE, Jr., P.J. Verdict of guilty of receiving stolen property and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1960, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, No. 201 of 1974. Submitted March 22, 1976.
