Indictments charging defendant with indecent assault, rape and burglary on two separate occasions. Cases consolidated for trial before McDERMOTT, J. Verdict of guilty of burglary and rape in the matter involving one prosecutrix and not guilty as to second prosecutrix and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 363, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, March T., 1974, Nos. 936 and 938. Submitted October 8, 1976.
