Indictment charging defendant with rape, statutory rape, terroristic threats and corruption of minors. Before RIDGE, J. Demurrer sustained to count of terroristic threats. Verdict of guilty on all other indictments and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 683, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, No. CC7506634A0. Submitted November 8, 1976.
