Indictments charging defendant with carrying a concealed deadly weapon, carrying firearms without a license on public streets or public property and aggravated robbery. Before ZALESKI, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 1544, Oct. T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Sept. T., 1972, Nos. 399 and 400. Submitted March 28, 1974.
