Indictments charging defendant with violation of the Uniform Firearms Act, violation of The Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act, receiving stolen goods, and unlawful possession of burglary tools. Before WESSEL, JR., J. Appeal, No. 165, April T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, Nov. T., 1972, No. 9313A. Argued April 11, 1974.
