Indictment charging defendant with unlawful possession of marijuana. Before JOHNSTONE, JR., P.J. Appeal, No. 1988, Oct. T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, No. 1383 of 1973. Argued March 18, 1974.

The sentence is vacated and the case remanded for trial or the entry of a plea knowingly and intelligently made after a proper colloquy.
