Indictments charging defendant with aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery with intent to kill, aggravated robbery, playfully pointing a firearm and violation of the Uniform Firearms Act. Before ROSENWALD, J. Appeal, No. 1943, Oct. T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Feb. T., 1972, Nos. 1247, 1248, 1249, and 1250.
