Indictments charging defendant with bribery, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Before MARUTANI, J. Verdict of guilty of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 428, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Dec. T., 1974, Nos. 1455 and 1456. Submitted June 14, 1976.
