Indictment charging defendant with failure of a disorderly person to disperse, resisting arrest and aggravated assault. Before McCORMICK, J. Verdict of guilty of resisting arrest and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 196, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Westmoreland County, July T., 1974, No. 949. Submitted April 12, 1976.
