Indictments charging defendant with indecent assault and assault with intent to ravish. Before RICHETTE, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 872, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, No. 05-351 of 1972. Argued June 14, 1974.
