Indictments charging defendant with unlawful possession of narcotic drugs, burglary, larceny, receiving stolen goods, unlawful possession of burglary tools and robbery while armed. Before ATKINS, P.J. Appeal, No. 21, March T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of York County, May T., 1970, No. 369. Argued March 12, 1973.
