Indictment charging defendant with burglary, larceny, receiving stolen goods, and violation of the Uniform Firearms Act. Before ACKER, J. Appeal, No. 410, April T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Mercer County, June T., 1972, Nos. 45 and 68. Argued April 8, 1974.
