Indictments charging defendant with carrying a concealed deadly weapon, burglary and assault and battery with intent to ravish. Before SPORKIN, J. Appeals, Nos. 1095 and 1096, Oct. T., 1967, from judgment of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, Aug. T., 1966, Nos. 120 and 121. Submitted December 11, 1968.

Judgment of sentence affirmed.
