Indictments charging defendant with conspiracy, unlawful possession of burglary tools, and attempted burglary. Before MALMED, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 790, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Aug. T., 1973, Nos. 1684 and 1685. Argued June 14, 1974.
