Indictments charging defendant with aggravated robbery, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, carrying a firearm without a license, burglary and unlawful possession of explosives. Before McDERMOTT, J. Appeals, Nos. 586-592, Oct. T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, June T., 1971, Nos. 2327-2333. Submitted March 19, 1974.
