Indictments charging defendant with conspiracy, violation of the Uniform Firearms Act, possession of an instrument of crime, aggravated assault, aggravated robbery and burglary. Before SHIOMOS, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 962, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Oct. T., 1973, No. 1882.
